> I have bought the Pro version of the application, but I can't download it. What can I do?
If you just purchased the application, you may have to wait a few hours to be able to download it, depending on how long it takes Google to validate the transaction.
If you purchased it a few days ago and still can't install it, what you can try to do is remove the cache of the PlayStore application.
> I have added the transcription for a word, but the app isn't using this information for the audio.
The transcription field allows you to add additional information on a word. This can't be used for audio, simply because there is no Text-to-speech system handling this kind of information (yet).
> Why are some words missing from the games? / Why are the same words always used in games?
There are several possibilities:
- The game launch options you've selected may prevent certain words from appearing in the game. Be sure to check that the words in question aren't being filtered out by a theme or tag filter. Also check that the word selection mode isn't favoring the first or last words.
- Some games do not allow the display of words or phrases that are too long. The “Mixed Letters”, “Write the Word”, and “Spelling” games have a maximum length of 30 characters. Crossword puzzles do not allow words longer than 15 characters.
- If the “Next Words to Study” selection mode has been chosen, and the words are considered learned (100% retention rate), they will appear less frequently.
